Why is it that when I call a company I seem to know more information about their products than they do, the release dates and pricing and tech, or I get more done in 2 days than a solicitor manages in 9 nearly 10 months then i speak to them and the excuses come out, then they concede and say we will leave that to you to do then but if you need our help were here. getting sick of it tbh as a company they should be able to do what they say without me having to do their job for them or provide them with the info and ask them to go away and confirm grrrr
