Why is it when I give a quote to my clients, it is written in stone, anything overlooked, missed us included: but when I receive quotes they come with all kinds of I didnt include this, I missed that, didnt know this until you paid for that. My clients would laugh and I would pay. Whos crazy me for expecting solid bids or me for honoring the unknown to keep the client happy? Obviously Ive narrowed it down to me.
