Why is there so much pain in the world? Why is it allowed? This must be personal or else it makes no sense. So know this, please. My family isnt perfect. We came from a screwed up world history, too. Both parents abused by parents and a life when there was much hardship and conflict. People needed to be tough, strong, not easily swayed. Unfortunately, those negative energies are not easy to handle, even though they may be necessary at times in the world. What this meant for me as a child is a very strict upbringing that created circumstances for pain, trauma, abuse (mental, emotional, and physical), and an education system that funnelled everyone down the same pipe, and a safety in society that allowed kids to be babysat by god as they raced through the forests and fields from sun-up to sunset. Very different times. Very different influences. And each of us with a unique story and perspective that can shed more on the human experience with god and evolution.
