Why me? 1 - Because I was the one who was Blessed to sell exotic vehicles after being in the business for only 5 years, while living in San Antonio. 2 - And I was the one who remained loyal to the dealership and brand when traffic was scarce - even if it meant being homeless and sleeping on the back lot, while working in the Greater Cincinnati area, when I first moved back to Ohio. 3 - I was the one who was asked to explain to new hires the dealerships policies and procedures. 4 - I was the one who won walk-around competitions and was asked to show sales associates how to do them properly by members of management. 5 - I was the one who was the go to guy when there was a question pertaining to our product or the competitions and I was the person that was asked to show the customer how to operate their new technology when the sales associate was unable. 6 - I was the one who was asked to talk to the customer when a deal was close to being made when the sales associate couldnt get any further. 7 - I was the one who would attend local car club meetings to prospect for future business as well as develop relationships with them. 8 - I was the one who would take vehicles to local car shows to market the dealer, to prospect and demonstrate the product that I sold, while everyone else was enjoying their time off. 9 - I was the one who was repeatedly denied $1 dollar to be on the radio to help promote the dealership, its product and myself. So I was the one who paid to be on the air and as broke as I was at the time - I was the one who purchased not one but two $50 gas cards to be givin away during each show, to get more listeners to tune in. 10 - I am the one whos created a television show pertaining to the automotive industry to help local businesses advertise their product and or services. 11 - And I am the one who has found an effective way to use social media to brand myself and in doing so, I am the one who STILL has people contacting me about purchasing a vehicle even though I no longer sell them... Thats why!
