Why on earth did the powers that be think that it was a good ideas to have three councils running in tandem and a transitional committee running over the top of those three Councils??? The super council will have no powers for a year. Ards and North Down Councils will have no power for that year. And the transitional committee, who has the power, can overturn all decisions made by the two old councils Already on the transition committee one NDBC councillor backed by one Ards councillor tried to overturn a policy of the NDBC. This will be a total shambles.....
