Why people are getting envy ( jealous)? When things are going right for you, chances are theres someone in your life who is jealous of your suceess and accomplishments. But its important to remember that jealous is a natural emotion that we all experience from time to time. The feelings of jealous person are: 1. Powerless 2. Insecure 3. Inferior. When it gets out control it can lead people to act selfishly to make themselves feel better. Beware, it might try to pit you againts someone else, tear you down at work to make you look bad or subtly wear down your self confidence by being critical and mean. The best way if you dont want to confront the person, you can also choose simply ignore the behavior.
