Why people are hating on Scandal is beyond me, If you dont watch it thats fine but dont go in on it because you think it portrays black women in a certain light. Its a scripted show written and produced by a black woman (one of the best written shows on commercial television I might add) not one of those so called reality shows that make every cliche about blacks come to life including angry loud mouthing, chicken and watermelon eating, Cognac drinking, non correct English speaking, fighting, crabs in a barrel living, weave wearing nonsense, but a SCRIPTED show that employes other African Americans in Hollywood which is helping them move on to bigger and better things. Not to mention helped generate more than $300 million in revenue for ABC just last year. If you dont like it fine, dont watch it, but is the social media hate necessary.....Oh that crabs in a barrel thing my bad
