The efforts if RG Hataman and the NCIP are being frustrated by a so called IP but according to sources he is an MILF... The IP Congress has already identified the person who is opposing the MOA of NCIP and ARMM he is a teduray an islam convert his name is Ustadz Linas he is a regular MILF member and the person very well kniwn to IPs. He was one of those scholars sent in Cairo Egypt by MILF for military warfare. The IP direct claimants are very devastated about this fellow and it is a popular knowledge among teduray intellegentia that this is the handy work of the director of OSCC - ARMM. Is the OSCC now works for MI and NOT for the common well being if the IPs...? The tribal congress was organized by Mayor Piang of Upi. Beware!
