X-ray machines can cause a person to become infertile. MRI machines can cause cancer. So if those machines can do that couldnt a certain frequency change the atmospher? Or change a bees flight pattern or bird pattern? Yes... It may sound science fiction but hey we have cell phones that are computers right? We are are making robots right? We have chips for people that could not see but now can see with the the chip like Gordy from Star Trek. Well hell we have dones that kill people in distant lands and piloted by someone here in the United States. So the point is could the government change the weather patterns? Yes........
