The very same practices demonstrated here (requirement inflation and #Pretexting ) are routinely used to undermine the #EEOC ; iow #discrimination and getting away with it; not only against racial minority US citizens, but, whether youre willing to notice this trend or not, #EEOA violations affect white people too: age 40+, certain medical records, and people whove ratted out corporate crime by previous employers. Its absurdly easy to avoid hiring protected candidates: just call them unqualified! The ad says you need 10 years full time experience, but everyone knows that you dont need it if youre the “right person!” 2. There is a motive for #TheCorporation to prefer scab guest workers over locals even when they cost more: Fear management! Simply imagine what it would be like if some lowlife-bully-mom mid-level supervisor had the power to DEPORT YOU on a whim, and youd realize that the guest worker who stole your job could also be a victim. 3.
