Wike, PDP officials inspect Adoke Amasiemaka stadium for Jonathans rally The Rivers State PDP Governorship Candidate, Barrister Nyesom Ezenwo Wike on Saturday led top PDP officials to inspect the main bowl of the Adoke Amasiemaka Stadium, venue of the PDP Presidential Campaign rally next wednesday. Officials of the PDP in charge of the venue were at the stadium to prepare the facility for the PDP Presidential Campaign rally. Barrister Wike inspected the popular stand, the VIP Stand, the convenience facilities and the parking lots. He also inspected the security infrastructure around the stadium. The PDP Governorship candidate met with the venue committee for the Presidential Campaign Rally at the stadium to fine tune the processes for a successful campaign flag off. Those who accompanied Barrister Wike for the inspection visit include his running mate, Dr Ipalibo Banigo, former deputy speaker, House. Of Representatives, Chibodum Nwuche, former Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Austin Okpara, Minister of Sports, Dr Tammy Danagogo and Rivers State PDP Chairman, Bro Felix Obuah. Outgoing governor, Rotimi Amaechi had boasted at the Love FM Port Harcourt in a studio interview that the stadium will never be used by President Jonathan. Amaechi claimed that the stadium will be used by Jonathan over his dead body. Barrister Wike had replied Amaechi that President Jonathan would use the stadium despite Amaechis empty boast.
