Wild Food private dinner yesterday by wild food chef Mia Wasilevich and team Nazie Fatima Shekarchi. Eduardo Aragon and Sara Griffith. My daughter did most of the decor. Amazing menu. We did some black elderberry/prune/brandy glazed butter quail with beluga lentils, watercress and salt and vinegar parsnip chips, clay baked trout in clover with summer veg and preserved meyer lemon tapioca salad, goat cooked in forest floor and mugwort beer and other stuffs. Tons of drinks, sweet clover and mountain shrub cocktails, wild beers (Mugwort/yarrow/elderberries), mountain infusions, wild fermented sodas. Weeks of work behind it.
