Wilfolians! So looking forward to singing with you again on Sep 29th. Also looking forward to the sonic bliss and meaningful action that is the phenomenon of SingForWater You may have noticed that Ive done this every year for a long time now - sung the praises of this event, helped other people take part, and asked for sponsorship to go to WaterAids work. You might be feeling that its novelty value has worn off a bit. But I keep doing it because, there are STILL so many people in the world who suffer due to lack of clean safe water. And because I still love singing with 800 people united in changing this, and also love helping others to take part and enjoy it too (hence getting together a scratch choir every year). So please if you can, drop a couple of dollar (or more if you feel to) to WaterAid at this link, to help support clean safe water for all. Maybe youre drinking tea or water as you read this, maybe youll have a shower later, or wash your clothes somewhere safe, or wash your hands after you use and flush a loo... so many people dont have these things and have to suffer the consequences.
