Will be attending in the chairs session at the department of Development Studies today. Do not know whether other departments regularly arrange such an open discussion with the chair of the department or not. But ours does. IN almost every month our chairman seats with his loving students to hear from the students and to disclose the updates. To me, it can be seen in the transparency perspective .Transparency should be started by this or transparency should be like such, as it refers to space for the access, proper documentations and smooth presentations before the stakeholders. We can hear from the chair and be informed about the latest situation of the department. Then we can fix by ourselves what we should expect, what we can expect and what else should not be expected. For some of the days I am thinking about the session and trying to express a deep satisfaction for being a student of this department and learning this .I have just learned it. Will be practicing this in my workplace if there is any chance. I think and think with my sub conscious mind that my fellowmen can be lucky enough like us to hear from their boss and can have an open discussion at least one day in every month.
