Will never ever stay here again been here 10 times and always had such a laugh and tonight Ive never been spoken to by a man in my life the way I was spoken to tonyt well Jengis you want to employ rude arrogant staff thats up to you but he will loose you custom cause we certainly wont be back you pay to keep your room on and then get an arrogant turkish man banging on your door telling you to get out and when you report him to the manager (jengis) he tells me Im rude well Club Alpina good luck with your future as this will be on trip advisor and every site I can put it on and just to top it off jengis we paid to keep the room on and you offend your customers by saying you can have your money back I dont need it its nothing to me oh yes and another thing you may be turkish but you understand English when its in your favour
