William Edward Oxford aka Brother Bill, never imagined that life would have dealt him the best possible hand ... until you were placed in his arms at birth. From that point on, ERIC was tattooed on his forehead. You made him proud, You brought out the best in him and He gave you everything he could as a Dad. I watched Brother Bill as he cared for you and shared that joy with our mother ... it seemed you would be a child forever but instead you kept growing ... and growing ... and growing!
