Winning Wednesdays....I had to post because my mother supports me in everything but she also has to be made a believer! We grew up on GOD,&Faith.....She didnt do supplements, nor meds and it didnt matter what the illness was, but when times change we have to have since enough to know God makes ways for us to help us here on earth as well! We still trust God #1, we also know we have to take care of our bodies, because its a temple for the holy spirit! On weeks like this in the #WTL14(worship to live) conference we go,go,go and if you dont watch what you but in your body it makes you more tried,& drained....so instead of greasy food for snack b4 service i made myself a meal replacement shake (chocolate mocha(24 grams of protein)/ A banana/scoop of Peanut butter....Then I heard a knock on the door....My mom & Cuz Muffy comes in so I ended up sharing and here are the results!!!!!! I HAD TO MAKE MORE when they tasted it! GET your health back, living healthy is not boring, nor is it a punishment! Do you want live longer or nah???????
