Winnipeg NEEDS to be exposed. Why hide the problems the city itself has!? It all comes from the top... and if the provincial government is NOT helping those in need; that it be mental, hunger, or homeless issues... then a place like this deserves a conversation to help its community. People are not like this by choice (sure some are) but... we all have problems in our lives... just that some are more unlucky than others. Some have family support, money etc. And others do not. They are all alone. The Government needs to step up. Winnipeg is and has turned into a 3rd world country. Its not a joke... its real. From the quality of brown water, and the infrastructure of the roads... it has literally fallen apart at the seams. Oh, lets build a bazillion dollar museum, but let our own people starve: Hierarchy of needs?? Food, water and shelter come first, before anything else. Government assistance, and education. Thats where it starts: with some love and caring.
