Winter Session starts this week!!!! We have 3 classes tomorrow for you to choose from - 9:20am - Cardio Kick with Kathy in the Fitness Room Class Description - Offers punching and kicking on the bag for 40-45 minutes with various strength and/or cardio moves included. Boxing gloves recommended (though not mandatory). 9:20am - Cardio Variety with Colleen in the Lobby Class Description - Total body workout combining cardio, intervals, resistance, power, plyometrics, strength training, core work and more! Great music, lot of energy! Bring a mat and water. 6:30pm - Weights, Balls, & Tramps Oh My! w/ Lisa in the Fitness Rm Class Description - Trampoline Blast is a form of exercise that utilizes gravity, acceleration and deceleration on a vertical plane which will increase agility and improve your sense of balance. This exercise will help reduce body fat, firm legs ,hips, thighs and arms.
