Winter isnt here yet, Beach Workout is a must! Gymnastic Rings are a + BUTTERFLY PUSH-UP! This exercise is advanced. If you want to have strong and stable shoulders and core, this is the exercise! Any chest exercise, such as push-up, technicly is a shoulder exercise. Performing a push-up on unstable Gymnastic Rings, wont allow you to use your usual powerful muscles. The bigger, more powerful muscles are sluggish and wont be able to keep up with timing of instablity of the rings... that is when your stabilizers kick-in to keep up and correct instablity. Pure strength is in Stabilizers! It is possible to have strength and not have stability. I see it in people all the time. Strength and Stability are two different functions. You always have to train Stability first and then, Strength second. Ask me if you would like to know more!
