#WisdomforMinistrySuccess Successful churches get more members, struggling churches lose more members... Quite funny, but honest reality! Nobody remains in church out of sympathy to the Pastor... People love a place where there is growth, even when they dont really know why and how it is growing... People love success! It is desperation for growth that makes ministers add all kinds of logic carnality, and magic to ministry... Many have gone to the devil to give them power to do gods work.... Think about the above statement for a second!!! Dear friend, I just want you to know today: Nobody can make anything truly grow, only God can make things grow...1 Corinthians 3:6 -- Paul planted, Appollos watered.... God gave the increase... It was God sponsored the increase... Until you truly give God His place, His leadership and sincerely make Him the focus of ministry, true growth can never take place... Without the owner of the work, you will struggle, and equally invite ridicule. You dont own the work, He owns it... Only a foolish caretaker wil want to carry-over the work meant for the landlord... You dont have the energy, the resources and knowledge of the work, more than the owner of the work... Allow Jesus be at the Center... The day you come to the understanding that it is his work, not yours... Your stress level, your ungodly desperation and your carnal competitive spirit will disappear. I pray for you from my heart: May you never get to that day where you begin to lead yourself. May you never get to that day in ministry where you run ahead of God.
