Wish I could restart my day off with a better start than what we had. I received a call this morning asking for who was in charge of transportation. Well that person hadnt came into work yet and had went home sick Friday so wasnt sure if hed be in it not. Well after attempting to narrow the need down to get her to the correct person if I couldnt assist her and trying to understand her. She tried to tell me that our boss (transportation manager) was found dead over the weekend. Im sure I just misunderstood her with get emotional voice and repeated it back to her and she confirmed yes as she was crying. I was in total shock and so was others once I got someone else on the phone. He was 46 years old, had been getting healthier every day and BAM hes gone. They are saying double pneumonia. This is my reminder that WE ARE NOT GUARANTEED another minute.. I know where Im going when its my time to go but death is hitting too close for me & my family to handle these past 6 months than I realized. Please live every minute as it may be your last.. Lifes to short to miss out on the good things. Let go of things that hold you back, do what YOU LOVE to do, dont let others still your joy..
