We already see this with this isnt covered, your insurance wont pay for that, you dont qualify, thats an exclusion. Of course, people can go outside the system & just pay for care, whether that be doctors visits, meds, procedures, etc. Unfortunately, many will be subjected to what the govt wills for them because of financial reasons.
