With 5 seconds before halftime a Northwood runner was tackled around midfield. All of a sudden a Malay started. Both teams were fighting one another. All the coaches from both teams were in the middle of it all. I even saw one Chilhowie player tackle his teammate and laid on top of each other. There were cops out on the field and two or three school board members,on the field. When order was restored, 3 Northwood players were ejected and 2 Chilhowie players were ejected. Jason Prater was one of the players ejected and it really hurt the Panthers. Wild night in the Salt Capital of the Confederacy!!!
