With AVCon over and done with (my round up of which you can read here: on.fb.me/X2c9XZ) I am now looking towards the next part of my projects as well as the next big event. - The next major event I am planning for is Melbourne Armageddon Expo in October. At this stage Im not likely able to take Optimus over with me so Chiefy will have to do as well as the next project: Leonardo. - Ive wanted to make a Ninja Turtle costume for quite a while now but held back for a variety of reasons. With TMNT co-creator, Kevin Eastman still scheduled as a guest I thought it might be a good opportunity to get this done. - Im pretty pleased with how Master Chiefs new armour turned out even if some details still need to be added but Im not too happy about the undersuit. While some things worked, for the most part I didnt quite stick the landing on that one and I am going to have to redo it possibly with an alternate method. I also need to, finally after all these years, make an assault rifle for him. - With Optimus chances of making it over the border close to zero I can put him to one side for the time being. Eventually. he will not only get the final additions that were meant to be there from the beginning but also have a bit of a structural overhaul to make him even more modular for transport. As always well see how it all goes... :)
