With Americas population at 313.9 Million, it would have been cheaper to give every citizen almost 2 million dollars in a Health Savings Account and let them get their own healthcare insurance for their lifetime. It could be directly billed into the account for co-pays, medicines, deductible etc... What they dont use, gets passed on to family or returned to treasury. What happened to the priority being on the 20 million uninsured???. All this issue was about was the uninsured and pre-existing condition folks who could not get coverage and would lose everything due to medical bills. Where is that message now from the administration? Smh.....
