With Depression and Anxiety, its so easy to focus on all that is wrong in our lives. When we are in our darkest moments, all we see is everything that is wrong in our lives. I want to challenge everyone to try and think of 3 things that are good and or positive in your lives. It can also be something that they are thankful for. I know this may be hard, but it can BE ANYTHING at all. I will start, 1. Im thankful for my family 2. Im healthy 3. Im thankful for ALL OF YOU. Your turn:)
