With Lilys 4th birthday coming up, I have been looking back at old pictures from 2010 when she was first born. There is one reoccurring word and feeling that keep coming to me from that year...struggle! Having to leave the city and 2 bedroom apartment we lived in literally days before Lily was due bc we simply couldnt afford it any more...to a one bedroom teeny tiny apartment without a penny to spare. Electricity getting shut off, bills piling up, daddy working and gone ALOT getting ready for a deployment, a 2 Yr old and a newborn, and not a clue in the world as to how this would work. People say that through your struggles, come your biggest victories, and I couldnt agree more with that! What a difference 4 years can make! What I am trying to say is that if you are feeling stuck or sinking...Ive been there. Hopeless, been there too. The difference is the CHOICE you make. Are you going to lay down and die or are you going to FIGHT with everything you have to give your family a better life!!?? If you have a dream, BUILD IT! If you have a vision for your life CHASE IT! Make it happen! There literally is nothing in this world that is impossible for you to achieveđź’—đź’—
