With a heavy heart, I send love and prayers to DLG and her family. I still remember listening to you tell the story of the first time you failed-- my palms were sweating sitting in that class thinking that you were going to teach me the same lesson that your professor had taught you. Rather than breaking my spirit though, you encouraged me. You challenged me, took me out of my comfort zone, and pushed me to reach my full potential. Thank you for teaching me that life is not a quest for perfection, but rather a beautiful experience of success, failure and all that falls in between.
