With a limited amount of training time (whatever that means - TopicsExpress

With a limited amount of training time (whatever that means relative to an individual) research clearly shows you will not lose lots of weight or body fat. If you cut lots of calories then yes you will lose lots of body weight (fat and inevitably muscle). The fitness world lies to the public when they say how efficient their work outs are and how much body fat they melt away. Ask people that have lost weight and *kept* it off. Their answers are the same if you can look past the fad diets and [insert any new and proprietary exercise plan or gym] they may claim are the main reasons for their success. If the person is coached by a great coach they will not hold biases and simply say, Im not doing anything special; I consistently train and I consistently stay aware of what and how much food I am putting in my mouth.
