With a turn around of 48hrs (Pre-production, production, post & delivery) We delivered this fundraising campaign video for The Real Junk Food Project cafe based in Armley, Leeds. The idea behind their cafe is intercepting food waste from the large supermarkets and local restaurants, which would otherwise go to landfill and producing fantastic meals to feed the local community. A secondary to that is there is no price list for ANY of the food, you simply pay however much you feel like, be it £1, to £20 However this ethos has landed them in trouble & theyre in need of funding to help secure the building that they currently occupy, as its recently been put up for sale. The food is fantastic and I would highly recommend taking a visit to the cafe and checking out the food yourself. In the past few years theyve intercepted over 10,500kg of food waste & served over 3,000 people.
