With advice from cousin, Tommy Shropshire, we are back into fly fishing. I had gotten Dad new equipment for his birthday, myself recently and Jon Austin will be ready Saturday. Dad and I went today, for the first time with the new equipment. He said it had been over forty years since he had fly fished. After a few casts he was in good form and caught quite a few bluegill and bass. One of my earliest memories, is of me sitting on the bank of a pond and watching dad wade and fish with a fly rod....good times....
