With all computer forecast models basically now on the same page, I am highly confident that the Sunday-Monday snowstorm which will be dumping anywhere from 2-12 on portions of the mid-Atlantic states will stay south of the NYC Metro Region. In our area here, it should just turn somewhat cloudy for a while Sunday night and Monday morning and be cold. By late Monday morning or afternoon, high clouds should be giving way to sunshine.
