With all of the turmoil going on, I really believe its crucial that for those who can, to hunker down/ dig deep and maintain the light. The waves of this chaotic energy seem to be fairly strong, and one can easily be knocked from center. The world NEEDS centered people to maintain and to send love. I realized that for example, I do not have the luxury of feeling the frustration and the anger that wants to tear me apart, that I have to rise above even my own experiences and maintain the frequency of peace. SO I take the mantle of peace upon myself, and am working my hardest at stepping up my vibration to my highest natural frequency... but I can use help :) !! Meditation is a really great way to not only release ones own stress, but to focus love energy and send it around the planet. The more people around the globe that do this (even for a bit), the more well be able to keep our planet from getting absolutely out of control. Things are close. Things are tense, theyre fearful..but this is when we have to dig in the deepest, and push through the hardest, and hold it down for those who havent even BEGUN the awakening process... theyre the ones who are REALLY freaking out.....
