With all the craziness going on around us, our world in more turmoil than weve ever known, I thought Id share some thoughts. Today I start my day humble and extremely grateful for the the gifts, opportunities, friends and family in my life. Grateful to my Lord and savior, Jesus, for his mercy and grace when I lose battles w my personal demons. Today I will focus on more prayer then ever, as this world can use it. I grateful to have this avenue to keep in touch w friends I wouldnt otherwise keep intouch with. Although its hard to find, especially in the news and on FB, there is good still some good left in the world. So today I am asking all of you to find something or someone to be grateful for and focus on the positive things in your life. We only have one life, this isnt a dress rehearsal. So, I am challenging all of you to think of what your most grateful for, focus on that good and give yourself a chance at peace, you deserve it. Dont sabotage your own success, you work to hard, you deserve a break. I am most thankful for my amazing and small family. Although I miss my mom like crazy, I am thankful for all the sacrifices she made for us. I am also thankful for some of the best (life long) friends a guy could ask for. Finally, I am a simple guy and as we transition into my favorite season, I am grateful for my extended Mount Carmel football family (kick ass Carmel) my beloved Fighting Irish and of course....
