With only three days to my deadline, I finally ran a marathon! Thanks to my wonderful husband for the route and race partner to keep me sane, and to Lynne Fleming for serving as water/food/aid station. No t shirt, no race medal, but the same sense of accomplishment and EVEN MORE gratitude and love to know what my family is willing to do to help me reach a goal. Better than an organized "race" any day. It was truly a family effort, thanks also to Bud Fleming and DougandCarie Ferqueron and kids for support and meeting us for the finish!
