With shadow aspects surfacing, pay attention to the underlying emotion coming up. See if you can follow it back to its core. It may be from this life time or may be from another. Once you return to the original wound, much deeper healing takes place. Remember that people will serve as a reflection to you for what needs healing. Many times, the most painful experiences in your lives are from a contracted experience that you both agreed on before coming in to this life. The most painful experiences carry the greatest lessons, if we allow them in. I have become very efficient at helping others extract lessons from their lives, in order to move on and no longer carry that weight. When it comes to self, sometimes it is a bit harder to see as we are so close to it. But, luckily,( and I say that with some conviction along with some sarcasm) we have this beautiful and painful time of retrograde. So, if you are seeing patterns in your life, it comes from a lesson that you need to learn. Tune into how it makes you FEEL - not the experience itself or what someone has done to you. How do you feel and why? When do you first remember feeling this way? For example - Are you dealing with unworthiness? Do you value yourself? Were you embraced throughout your life with love, or were you cast to the side? Do others show you that you matter to them? Remember, people will reflect back to you how you feel about yourself. Get in it and really feel into your emotions. Once you find compassion for self, others will begin to treat you with greater care. You dont need to do anything other than give to yourself what you would like from others and it will all unfold for you. It always goes back to self. Self-love, self-respect, self-value, etc. Always. Along the way of this sometimes difficult road, you will have those special few who see you at your core essence. Those who will reflect back to you who you are in a complete and healed state of being. Those who see your potential and who can light your way back to that state. These people are a great gift. Trust in what they see of you as they see your truth. I am very blessed to have several people of this sort in my life and I strive to be this light for many others. If you see greatness in others, please share it with them. Continue to build each other up and shine brightly into your natural state of love. Of self, and others.
