With the 21 Day Fix you- *will know exactly what food to eat to lose weight *what proper portions look like *have 30 minute workouts from home *could lose up to 15 pounds in 21 days *have accountability and support from ME and other people on a similar journey in a private group setting The 21 Day Fix is a program that is centered around FOOD. Most of us can usually get the working out part down, but we have an issue when it comes to what we eat. Nutrition is 80% of your success. This program is called the 21 DAY FIX with Autumn Calabrese. NOT to be confused with a QUICK FIX because that is NOT what this is. While you CAN and WILL see results in 21 days, this program is centered around WHAT you eat and how MUCH you eat. This program will open your eyes as to why youve been holding onto those last 10-20 lbs. and not only help you get rid of them- but KEEP them off. If you have more than that to lose, than you just keep re-doing the 21 day program. Its time to FIX our idea of living to eat, instead of eating to live! Time to FIX what we think is proper portions.
