With the MLB regular season very soon upon us, heres an interesting story about baseballs great and Hall of Famer, Ty Cobb in an interview when he was 70 years old. --- Theres nothing like self-confidence. When Ty Cobb was seventy, a reporter asked him, What do you think youd hit if you were playing these days? Cobb who was a lifetime .367 hitter, said, About .290, maybe .300. The reporter said, Thats because of the travel, the night games, the artificial turf, and all the new pitches like the slider, right? No, said Cobb, .... its because Im seventy.
