With the changes to Cod size 50-70, 60- 80 what ever it will be. due before next season I have a couple of Questions. Q1 fish over the maximum size limit are you aloud to take out of the water for a photo?? Q2 if youre aloud how.long can you have them out or are they to be let go straight away and not taken out?? Q3 How are the comps going to run because as soon as you take the fish out of water it is in you possession and it is illegal to have it in your prossession and can be charged,?? Q4 there are not many comps that you only photo your catch on a brag mat and release it. Central Victorian Lure Casters is one and the other I know of is the Cobram Cod Feast two of the best comps going around. The rest have Marshalls around at certain places and you have to take your fish to them in most cases if you do this with an oversize cod it will be in your possession until released and could you be charged??? Just putting it out there to start people thinking.
