Agriculture maintains the stable growth rate; capacity, quality of lots of plants, poultry has been improved, the task of poverty reduction and eradication in rural and mountainous areas as gained lots of progress, people’s life has been improved…It can be said that the task of CNRA has become a very effervescent and widespread movement in the entire province. To reach the target of the end of 2015 when the province needs at least 20% of communes to reach the criteria of rural areas, it requires the concentration in leadership, creativity, the more synchronous participation of the entire political system and the entire population. The direction board of the province’s CNRA has set forward the need for further permeation for fully implementing the contents concluded by the standing board of the provincial Party committee at the preliminary meeting for 3 years implementing the program of CNRA in the period of 2010-2020, the Resolution of the executive board of the provincial Party committee on CNRA. NGUYEN THANH TRI: Striving to have about 20 communes reach criteria numbered 2 by the year 2014 The process of implementing the scheme of concreting rural traffic roads (RTR) under the Resolution 75/2013/NQ/HDND has received the great support and positive contribution from the rural inhabitants, which lays the foundations for the communes in the province to complete the rate of progress of implementing the criteria numbered 2 on rural traffic roads belonging to the program of CNRA. As to the statistical figure from the localities on the status of RTR under criteria numbered 2, the total length of RTR in the province is nearly 4,700km, including the axle of communal and inter-communal axles; the road in hamlets, villages and the inner-field routes. Among these, 533.4km out of 816.37km of communal and inter-communal roads has been hardened, meeting 64.5% of the plan. The length of the axle of roads in hamlets, villages that has been hardened is 844.09km out of 2,029.97km, reaching 41.6%. The length of the main road axle which has been hardened is 542.29km out of 1,843.38km, reaching 29.4%. To complete the criteria numbered 2 on RTR in the years 2014 and 2015, it’s necessary to harden about 1,600km of all types, among which concentration is placed on the system of roads in hamlets, villages and inner-field roads. The plan for the year 2014 is that the localities have to complete 650km of RTR as well as the efforts made to have 20 out of 88 communes meet the criteria numbered 2. * DEPUTY SECRETARY OF THE PROVINCIAL YOUTH UNION BRANCH, MR. PHAN XUAN HANH: Phu Yen youth join hands to construct new rural areas. In the past time, the youth union levels in the province have followed closely the real situation in the localities and units that efficiently implement the works, deeds to contribute to constructing the infrastructure, like: lighting the works of rural roads; preventing droughts through propagation, instructions on irrigating; repairing RTR; constructing cultural houses, humane houses, entertainment zones, sanitary toilets; coordinating with related authorities to mobilize forces and human resources to construct flood-avoiding huts… Through the movement of voluntary youth during the Youth Month, the campaign of summer voluntary youth, the youth union levels have coordinated with local governments to mobilize social forces, offices, enterprises to support the implementation of 38 youth works with the total values of over 2 billion dongs. The movement of youth voluntarily assaulting, emulating to CNRA has been organized on a large scale, both intensively and exclusively; the appearance of the rural areas has been changed positively, contributing to successfully implementing the assigned criteria.
