With the latest rescue mission in USA, one of a few in recent - TopicsExpress

With the latest rescue mission in USA, one of a few in recent years I can remember, I wonder what circumstances lead these poor dogs and their owners to get into such a situation because at some point to be titled they would have been in good physical and mental condition? With this latest mission some are grand champions so it goes without saying that chances are their owners would at some point, because of how it works in America, have used the services of professional handlers because its more the exception that dogs are owner handled in the ring to their titles. Its also not unheard of to send the dogs to live with the handlers. Im wondering if this is the case that dogs have been farmed out to professional handlers when the money dries up or for whatever personal circumstances if owners dont find themselves with a lot of dogs on their hands to care for, more than they can accommodate this is why we see large numbers of dogs being rescued in this manner more often in the USA or is it just its a bigger country so physically more dogs end of?
