With the rising impact of globalization tendencies, there has been a paradigm shift from the classical public administration to the concept of governance that focuses on results and is impact oriented. Therefore, 34 billion, trillion, whatever goes in is irrelevant if its impact is not felt by the common man. Good governance. However, Globalization for some is an ideology of hope and potential.
