With the start of Deer Season in most states, to say nothing of colder weather, I thought Id repost my recipe for Dead Deer Chili; Dead Deer Chili 1 1/2 lb Ground meat (deer) 2 Small Onions (chopped) 2 Cloves Garlic (chopped) 2 Green Peppers (chopped) 2 Cans (16 oz) Tomatoes 2 Cans (16 oz) Kidney Beans 4 tsps Chili Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Worcester Sauce 1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Seeds??? In a skillet, brown meat in small pieces and drain. Place all ingredients in a large Crock Pot. Cook on low 8+ hours. This is a MILD Chili. I really dont like HOT anything. If you do, add more Hot Pepper Seeds, but remember; a little goes a LONG way with these. I also like Italian or French Bread with this. Though this calls for a Crockpot, a CI Dutch Oven would work just as well.
