With the winter season in full force, ATA Martial Arts would like to inform students and families of our inclement weather policy. We try to follow West Chester & Downingtown Area School Districts closing policies, but tend to use our better judgement if roads appear clear and plowed in the late afternoon/evenings. The decision to cancel classes are usually made after lunchtime. There are many ways to find out if we have cancelled classes due to inclement weather: 1) Check your e-mail! We will send you an e-mail immediately. 2) Check our ATA WC Facebook page 3) Check our ATA WC website & Google Calendar (atapennsylvania) 4) Call ATA WC. We will change our voice mail with confirmation of the closure. As always, if we are open and the conditions in your neighborhood are still unsafe, please stay at home. You or your child will not be penalized. Make up classes offered during the week on our flexible schedule. Check your childs age and rank times. See an instructor for more details.
