With the world series now done....after a season that runs way too long....there is one thing that surprises me these days about major league baseball.... I am surprised that there isnt a woman baseball player in the majors. There are many very good female baseball players in this nation. We all have seen them. One does not have to be a big hulking male to play most any position on a baseball team, especially 2nd base or shortstop. One does not have to be and upper body hulk to be able to hit the ball and get on base a lot. Yes, I am surprised that an owner of a major league baseball team hasnt hired a female baseball player who knows the game and can play better then a great many men......... I say if she can play well.....DO IT !!!.....BUT NOT FOR THE SAKE SHES FEMALE......NO.....!!!
