With this street march/parade ends the 9 day celebration of the Lord Ganesha. each community brings the Ganesha God to their village or in our case township and is in display with daily pujas lime mass service with chanting and dance, food to celebrate Ganesha. The last day is spent with the smaller God being paraded around the city on foot by many members of the community and as the parade goes by you may approach the wagon with the Ganesha statue and ask fro blessings or say farewell, you are given an offering of blessed fruits or sweets than you may dance on the street with the drummers or go on your enlightened day!!!!
