Within a month, I have received two letters of resignation. One will leave on the end of November, one is already left. As the owner of the business, I tried to find out what have happened to my two top employees. Through the other workers and cameras, I have found out the reason. I need to clarify that my workers are not try to be mean. They have to charge a little extra when some customers ask too many containers, because we try very hard to keep the price low. If there are 4 customers, and they want to share a cup of soup. If the customers ask, my workers will provide 3 more bowls for FREE. Some other additional bowls will cost $0.15 each. And we put appetizers into sandwich bags only, because the big to go box cost too high. We respect our customers. So, please pay respect to my employees, too. Thank you!
