Without a doubt yesterday was one of those August days that surprises a person. Although there was a chance of rain, visibility was exceptionally good with little to no haze that is typical in the summer. Southeast winds 10-16 knots made for a wonderful east to west sail along the north shore of Horn Island. Capt. Ron on HOBO and me on SHUTTER SPEED took advantage of a consistently high tide and spent the day on the water. These are photos of HOBO during our sail. Seas were flat and the breeze good especially when it gust to 16 knots, which brings SHUTTER SPEED to life.
