Without energy nothing moves forward. Everything stagnates and dies. Energy means everything, literally. We are fueled by it. When your energy is running low, we are like a crashing plane, a car with an empty tank, a balloon hit by a bullet. Humans are too dependent on energy and energy is too easy to lose. You may feel extremely energized now, but something hits you, and boom, youre deflated. Energy is one thing you should never neglect. And it has to be nurtured. You have to find ways to keep throwing sticks to the fire, or it will fade away. If you find your source of energy and feed it, theres absolutely no limits to what you can do.
